auction house. It is the global leader
in online payments. Tens of thousand of
websites, including Ebay, use it for
their payment processing each day
because of its secure, private, and easy
payment processing.
If you have a PayPal account
already, you can use it to purchase
TraxItAll. If you don't you can simply
use PayPal like any other online
processing service and make your payment
without setting up an account.
Because we use PayPal, all of the
billing information you provide is given
at the secure and confidential PayPal
website; it does not go through our
website.
The
only information we will receive is your
name, email address, and Palm User ID.

How do I purchase TraxItAll and
install it on my Palm OS DEVICE?

1. Enter your exact Palm
Hotsync Name in the
field provided, then click on the
“Add to Cart” button. This will open up a
new browser showing your shopping
cart on the PayPay
website.
2. Verify that the shopping cart
information is correct, then use
either a major credit card or your
PayPal account, if you have one, to make your payment for
TraxItAll.
NOTE: All credit card
information is processed at the PayPal site. The only
information we receive is your
name, email address, and Palm
User ID.
3.
After you complete your payment,
PayPal will notify us of your
purchase by email. (You will also
receive a confirmation email.) We
will then email to you your
TraxItAll registration code,
which will be based on the
Palm Hotsync Name
you
sent us.
NOTE: You should receive
this code within 24 hours of
making your payment. If you do
not receive it, please verify
that you gave us a valid email
address, and that our emails to
you are not being blocked by
your spam filter.
4.
Once you receive that code, open TraxItAll,
go to the file menu and tap on “Registration.”
5.
Enter your registration code into
the field on that screen and tap
“OK.”
Congratulations!
This completes your
purchase.
Now you can
use TraxItAll without
limitation!

How do I ORDER MULTIPLE COPIES OF
TRAXITALL
For up to
five copies:
If the registration codes are going to
your email address, you only need to
enter their Hotsync ID for each copy you
desire to order.
If the
registration codes are going to the
email address of each user, enter the
email address in the second field ("How
you heard about TraxItAll). Be sure each
Hotsync ID and email address are
correctly matched!
For more than five copies:
If you are
ordering more than five copies, please
send an email to custserv at [the name
of this site]. Let us know how many you
want to order and we will respond with
pricing and instructions.

How do TRAXITALL GIFT CERTIFICATES WORK?
If
TraxItAll has helped you, you might want
to give it as a gift to one or more
fellow Palm users who are friends, loved
ones, or colleagues. You don't
need to know their Palm user ID to do
this; only their email address.
In the
fields above under "Give
the Palm OS Program to a friend,"
just enter
the email address of the person you want
to purchase TraxItAll for and, if you
desire, a brief note to them (including
your name if you want them to know who
is sending it). Next, click on the "Add
to Cart" button.
If you want to
purchase TraxItAll on behalf of more
than one person, repeat the process.
We will
take it from there! We will send an
email to the address(es) you entered,
asking them for their Palm user ID, and
them send them their TraxItAll
registration code.
